Meet Jocelyn Dienst, Managing Partner
Jocelyn Dienst moved to North Carolina in 1977; while raising her family, Jocelyn pursued her interest in real estate, homes and interior design to supplement the family income. She became a general contractor and launched Dienst Custom Homes in 1986, building custom homes in Charlotte's finest neighborhoods including Monitbello, Providence Country Club, Piper Glen and Morrocroft. In 1994, Jocelyn expanded her business to the Lake Norman area, building in such prestigious neighborhoods as The Peninsula and The Point; the company continues to expand throughout the vast Charlotte region into such communities as SouthPark, Myers Park, and Davidson.

Dienst Custom Homes has won many awards for the quality and value they deliver; but personally, Jocelyn herself has been recognized as an outstanding entrepreneur. In 1999, Jocelyn was a finalist for the Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year Award; in addition, Jocelyn Dienst was a recipient of the Business Journal's "Top 25 Women in Business Achievement Award." She was also selected to be a board member for both the Lake Norman Home Builder's Association and the Southern Living Magazine's 2000 Custom Homes Board of Directors. Currently, Jocelyn is a member of the Builder 20 club sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders, Junior League of Charlotte and the Charlotte Home Builder's Association. Jocelyn is also an active supporter of our local Make-A-Wish Foundation.
